Belkin® and Wemo® are trademarks of Belkin International, Inc.

Wevival is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or connected to Belkin International, Inc. in any way.

We are an independent project with no relationship to Belkin. We do not speak for Belkin, and Belkin has no obligation to you in connection with Wevival.

We use the names “Belkin” and “Wemo” for one reason only: to describe truthfully which hardware this service works with. There is no way to tell you that Wevival works with Wemo smart plugs without saying the words “Wemo smart plugs.” That is the only use we make of those marks.

We do not use Belkin’s logos, brand imagery, product photography, packaging design, fonts, or color scheme. We do not claim any right in Belkin’s marks. We do not suggest that Belkin has reviewed, approved, or supports this service — it has not.

“Wevival” is our own name and is not derived from, licensed by, or associated with any Belkin mark.

All other product names and trademarks referenced anywhere in this service are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to describe compatibility.

Standard short-form disclaimer

Use this wherever the Wemo or Belkin name appears — website, download page, in-app screens, documentation, and any marketing copy.
